H&M selected Gray to provide retail facility construction services for its first store in the Hawaiian Islands. Situated in the heart of Waikiki, the 2-story flagship store includes a 7,500 s.f. remote stockroom.

The 3-level store serves the clothing retailer’s growing customer base in CO. Both Timberwolff and Gray combined have provided services on more than 50 H&M projects in recent years.
