Drew
Romans
Drew Romans serves as the vice president for Gray’s Manufacturing Market. He began his career at Gray in 2012 as a project engineer working out of the Lexington office on projects such as the Michelin Red Oak and ZF Transmissions projects. From there, he quickly worked his way through the ranks as an assistant project manager, project manager, and eventually a senior project manager on jobs including the Volkswagen facility in Chattanooga, TN, Volvo Car’s new paint shop, Fritz Winter’s new U.S. headquarters, and many others.
In 2018, Drew and his family made the decision to relocate to Birmingham, Gray’s Southeast Office, which allowed for more opportunities to manage projects, including the award-winning Q CELLS solar module manufacturing facility. Today, he leads the team specializing in projects for Gray’s manufacturing customers.
When Drew is not working, he loves spending time with his family, especially the new addition of his youngest son, Creed! Drew also enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and he is an avid hunter and loves to fish.
