Gray Construction Goes Beyond Design-Build with Launch of Gray Development
As an extension to its fully-integrated design-build approach, Gray Construction announces Gray Development, a highly focused division of Gray established to streamline the development process from start to finish. Powered by Gray’s industry expertise and a flexible method to financing, Gray Development offers a “one-stop-shop” solution to meeting every project need.
Services of Gray Development include Site Selection/Evaluation, Incentive Coordination, Construction Financing, Permanent Financing and Build-to-Suit Lease Structures. Delivery methods include Design-Build, Construction Management At-Risk and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
