Modular Skid System
Process Skid for Leading Manufacturer.
When one of the world’s leading manufacturers of plastic and foam products was in need of a skid system at its international facility, the company called on Gray.
To accommodate this custom request, a modular skid system was built that helps produce thin-film solar cells. This tailor-made machinery was adapted into the existing production process and seamlessly integrated into the large gas treatment line.
This pre-wired, pre-assembled modular system came equipped with utility connections which assisted in allowing it to be easily incorporated into the larger, existing system. This system was also fitted with built-in programmable logic controller (PLC) and has available connections for both a distributed control system (DCS) and PLC system.
