Confidential Greenfield Data Center
Mission Critical Partnership.
After partnering on three previous projects, this confidential customer selected Gray to construct a greenfield Tier 4 data center and office facility located on 78 acres in Oregon. For this project, Gray installed redundant power/electrical and cooling systems and owner-provided equipment as well as provided construction management services.
Gray was called on by this confidential customer to provide fit-up services for an existing 150,000 s.f. Tier 4 data center in Ohio. This facility features redundant power/electrical and cooling systems. For this project, Gray provided construction management services and installed owner provided equipment.
This confidential customer once again partnered with Gray for a greenfield modular data center and office facility supported by large precast concrete podium structure located on 22 acres in Colorado. For this 220,000 s.f. Tier 4 facility, Gray installed redundant power/electrical and cooling systems to ensure mission critical operations.
The project also featured a modular campus including 140 modules placed outdoors atop the precast podium structure allowing for the podium’s underground basement to run utilities to the modules. The basement has a total depth of 20′ and a final depth of nearly 10′. More than nine miles of utilities are contained inside the basement area and another four miles of utilities are buried outside.
After partnering with Gray on a data center and office building, this confidential customer also selected the company to build an additional 210,000 s.f. facility on the same site. This Tier 4 facility features redundant power/electrical and cooling. Gray provided construction management as well as equipment installation for this project.
