Data Center Modular Facility.
This confidential customer once again partnered with Gray for a greenfield modular data center and office facility supported by large precast concrete podium structure located on 22 acres in Colorado. For this 220,000 s.f. Tier 4 facility, Gray installed redundant power/electrical and cooling systems to ensure mission critical operations.

The project also featured a modular campus that will include 140 modules placed outdoors atop the precast podium structure which allowed for the podium’s underground basement to run utilities to the modules. The basement has a total depth of 20′ and a final depth of nearly 10′. More than nine miles of utilities are contained inside the basement area and another four miles of utilities are buried outside.
