The 457,995 s.f. facility is comprised of a 303,000 s.f. distribution area, 145,633 s.f. office area, and 9,362 s.f. data area.

The distribution center distributes clothing for Justice, Maurice’s, Lane Bryant, Dress Barn, and Catherine’s stores. A portion of the existing warehouse was demolished for the erection of a truly unique office structure featuring a three-story load-bearing curtain wall and organic design with multiple radiuses and an interior storefront.

The facility includes an office area that was specifically designed for employee wellness including a yoga room, fitness gym, lactation room, first-aid room, coffee area with a daily supply of fruit, and a kitchen area designed around healthy options.

The data center is also part of the campus and has redundant mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems throughout as well as a hardened outer structure that provides wind protection up to 160 mph.
