Transformation of a Retail Distribution Facility.

Gray provided all structural and architectural modifications required to replace and install new racking and conveyor systems including structural mezzanines, firewall openings, mezzanine floor openings, in-rack sprinkler systems, and structural reinforcement of the existing building structure.

Internal building modifications to support new systems were made while the facility was in full operation. Six months after modifications were completed, Gray renovated, upgraded and expanded the office and cafeteria areas to match the look of Ascena’s facilities across the U.S.
