Ranking No. 8 last year in the Large Company category for Best Places to Work in Charlotte, Gray has jumped to No. 2 for 2022—an incredible accomplishment for the South Atlantic team.
CBJ’s annual Best Places to Work program highlights companies in the Charlotte region that consistently go above and beyond to foster empowered employees and a great work life. The program conducts team member surveys to take as many factors as possible into consideration, including atmosphere, office engagement, and benefits.
