Dual Data Centers Offer a Double Dose of Cloud Services for Community

QTS is a leading provider of data center solutions across a diverse footprint with over two gigawatts of critical power capacity under customer contract in North America and Europe. For its first project with Gray, QTS chose Gray to build two large data centers on its new campus in New Albany, Ohio.

QTS has more than 75 data centers in operation or under development across the United States and Europe. For its newest project, QTS trusted Gray’s experience in the Data Center market, selecting the company for a complete fit-out of two spec buildings on a 37-acre site in New Albany, Ohio.

 

The two new data centers (DC I and DC II) built to Tier 4 standards will feature a combined electrical capacity of 78 MW as well as critical systems for providing redundant power and regulating temperature, humidity, and air quality. Following the completion of an electrical substation in late 2024, QTS plans to add two more data centers at an adjacent 57-acre site for a total investment in the community of more than $1.5 billion.
