Ben joined the Gray family in 2012, quickly climbing the ranks from assistant project manager to project executive within his first decade. He has touched a number of core markets, including Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Mission Critical.
In 2022, Ben transitioned to director of operations for mission critical, where he utilized his extensive, global experience to lead team members, customers, and projects in an increasingly sophisticated market. This role involved not only the assessment of metrics across safety, quality, schedule, and cost, but also the development of people and teams.
In his current role as Business Unit Leader, Ben empowers Gray personnel and project teams with growth mindsets and provides an environment that fosters innovation and success. On the customer side, Ben manages direct communication with customer leadership to ensure Gray provides an exceptional experience and world-class facilities. He is also at the forefront for Gray in the battery and electric vehicle (EV) space. With decades of experience, Ben is able to help customers navigate this booming industry as they look to quickly build and scale facilities to meet customer and market demands.
During his time with Gray, Ben has served a range of customers from the first aerospace project in Gray history with Gulfstream, to a cutting-edge smart manufacturing facility for Jushi USA. His involvement in complex, state-of-the-art projects has taken him around the world with his leadership being pivotal to Gray’s success.

Outside of the office, you can find Ben coaching his son’s baseball games or cheering along at his daughter’s dance competitions. He loves to golf, fish, and travel with his family.
