Gray and QTS Celebrate Construction Milestone

Gray, a fully integrated, global service provider, is excited to celebrate the topping out of a new data center in New Albany, OH, marking a significant milestone in the construction process. QTS, a global data center leader with unrivaled access to scalable infrastructure across North America and Europe, partnered with Gray to build two new, data centers built to Tier 4 standards.

The QTS campus in New Albany will be a $1.5 billion investment, bringing job growth to the area.

“This milestone is a testament to the collaboration from both teams on this project,” says Ben Burgett, vice president, data centers at Gray. “Gray is proud to play a part in this pivotal project that will help set the standard for the industry moving forward.”

A topping out ceremony is a traditional construction milestone celebration that commemorates when the major structural elements of the project are complete.

The final beam on the second building at this location will be set early in 2025.
