After providing services to the U.S. for more than 35 years, the company selected Gray to design and build a new facility in Washington, which serves as a strategic location for MITSUI-SOKO because it is located very close to the company’s primary customer.

The 203,000 s.f. facility is the company’s first greenfield operation and supports just-in-time distribution services. The new facility is specifically engineered to meet the unique and exact requirements of the aerospace industry, featuring both refrigerated and ambient temperature warehouse space on more than 12 acres. Additionally, the new space offers maximum flexibility and the secure storage of product in a precisely controlled environment.
