Part of Italian-based Gruppo Concorde, Landmark Ceramics specializes in the production and marketing of high-quality porcelain tiles for architectural, residential, and commercial use. The company selected Gray to design and build the organization’s first U.S. manufacturing facility.

The facility spans 720,420 s.f. and is located on 96 acres in Tennessee. The facility represented an $80 million investment by the company and created around 180 new jobs. The campus also features 18,703 s.f. of two-story executive office area.
