Performance Monitoring System.

The company was in search of a partner to provide a performance monitoring system for a new packaging line. The production on the line was lagging behind industry standards, in comparison to similar lines, and the customer wanted to upgrade performance and data collection.

For this project, a new system was provided to track and analyze all packaging for the production line, including real-time data, troubleshooting, and process optimization. The new system not only tracked the current packaging numbers but also identified the root cause of shutdowns, starved, or blocked conditions allowing the company to better understand, evaluate, and address all issues.
