Product Traceability Technology.

As a part of this project, several product lines from an existing contact lens production facility in the U.S. were moved to an international location. Following the initial scope-of-work, multiple new product lines were also installed in the new, international facility.

With this project, product lot traceability technology was put in place for the contact lenses in order to comply with FDA requirements. This new technology, along with automatic capturing of in-process quality parameters, satisfied FDA regulations but also greatly improved the production process.
