O'Mara

In 2022, Neil joined the AD Process Equipment team located in Naperville, IL, bringing more than 20 years of experience in product management, commercial operations, and aftermarket product/support service. Neil brings an extensive background to AD Process Equipment, namely in the Industrial and Food & Beverage markets.

As Business Unit Director, Neil is responsible for the daily engineering and manufacturing operations, ensuring the business unit is performing at its best. Neil’s experience in design engineering, product development, project and product management, sales, marketing, and operations, makes him a critical member of this continually growing team.

Neil holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management.

In his free time, Neil enjoys traveling and eating out with his wife Amy, along with playing golf and tennis.
