Nate helps lead risk mitigation efforts at Gray Construction (and its affiliate companies) and has assisted with the recent acquisitions of Gray, Inc. He has successfully negotiated contracts with some of Gray’s most sophisticated customers, as well as advises project teams on subcontracts, vendor agreements, and consultant agreements. Nate helps shepherd Gray’s operational teams through challenging project issues and provides sound legal and commercial advice to resolve project disputes. Prior to joining Gray, Nate worked at Stites & Harbison in Lexington, KY in their construction group.

Nate enjoys chasing his toddler Jack around, traveling with his wife Jessica (though their destinations have recently changed), and is trying to enjoy being a recent golf addict without becoming too much of a lawyer joke.
