Josh brings a diverse set of skills to the Gray team, with over 15 years of professional experience spanning engineering, finance, and talent acquisition & development. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Josh has spent the majority of his career building high-performing and multi-disciplinary teams of mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers. Through these leadership roles, he developed a passion for personnel development—professionally and technically—that would ultimately lead to stronger project execution and customer satisfaction.   

In his current role as vice president of engineering services, Josh oversees the Engineering group to ensure technical excellence, financial stability, and cohesive teams to drive Gray AES’ overall success.  

In his free time, Josh enjoys outdoor cooking, tennis, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
