Prior to joining Gray, Dan spent over 15 years in senior leadership positions with a leading global food equipment manufacturing company. With an established career in manufacturing, business operations, and supply chain development, Dan’s expertise is focused on the execution of complex production strategies for plant expansions, relocations, and integrations—all while ensuring company values and governance alignment. His specialties include the development and execution of a global production strategy for over nine countries, and data conversion and process development for an SAP R3 software implementation.

In his current role, Dan plays a key role in the reinforcement of a safety and quality culture that drives down lost time accidents and assures quality respectively. He advocates that, through continuous improvement principles, product and business processes can be streamlined through world-class manufacturing.

In his free time, Dan enjoys being outside, spending time cycling, hiking, boating, and camping.
