New Prototype Underway for Old Navy

Gray’s West Region office is providing retail construction services for a new Old Navy prototype in the Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, Calif. The 17,032 s.f. store is a remodel of an existing space within the mall that is directly above the Gap that was completed by Gray last year. The most noticeable change to the Old Navy store layout is the storefront which consists of brick and wood instead of metal panels.

Old Navy is a clothing and accessories retailer, owned by Gap Inc., that is known for bringing fashion fun to the whole family at affordable prices. Gap Inc. is a leading global specialty retailer offering clothing, accessories, and personal care products for men, women, children, and babies under the Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Piperlime, Athleta, and Intermix brands. Gray recently received the 2013 Strategic Partner Award from the Gap.
