Pepsi Beverages Company is a world leader in refreshment beverages. The company selected Gray to design and build a three-phase project at its Texas campus, which included an additional Aquafina bottling line during the final phase of the expansion.

The project also consisted of a warehouse expansion and miscellaneous renovations to the existing bottling plant. The warehouse expansion involved a detailed sequencing plan to ensure no disruption to existing operations. New parking and a truck route were also integrated to redirect traffic around expansion area.
