Gray Builds New Distribution Center Under Aggressive Schedule.
Pepsi Beverages Company is the world’s largest manufacturer, seller, and distributor of Pepsi-Cola beverages. The company selected Gray to construct a new distribution facility. The plant was constructed in Kimball Township, to support bottling sales in Port Huron and the surrounding areas. The building was designed for expansions and can be doubled in size as future needs arise.

Gray took on an aggressive schedule with this project in order to meet production delivery dates. Team members sequenced work activities to ensure construction continued through winter, and, despite the fifth worst winter on record, completed on schedule and within budget.
