This 387,400 s.f. bottling and distribution center includes a 167,000-gallon, cast-in-place underground effluent treatment tank. Gray faced several challenges with this project including stringent permitting and inspection procedures, budget constraints, property protection, and excavation of more than 200,000 cubic yards of caliche rock.
