The Whirlpool Corporation project in Cleveland, Tenn. hosted a safety luncheon on Thursday, May 19th, 2011. Whirlpool, the world’s leading manufacturer of major home appliances, chose Gray Construction to build a 1,550,283 s.f. manufacturing facility, testing labs, and distribution center to replace an existing 100 year old facility located just seven miles away. The facility, which sits on 121 acres, will be completed in three phases and represents the largest single investment Whirlpool has made in the United States.
Gray hosts a safety luncheon on each jobsite to show appreciation to the many subcontractors and Gray team members who help put safety and quality of life first. Safety is a top priority at Gray. In fact, it’s our No. 1 Core Value. The Whirlpool safety luncheon celebrated the following:
