Major Manufacturing Investment
The new Cleveland facility lies just seven miles away from its 100-year-old predecessor. The customer manufactures premium cooking appliances including ranges, cooktops, and wall ovens, at the advanced production plant.
The complex was completed in three consecutive phases over the course of three years and totals more than 1.5 million s.f. Phase I included more than 1 million s.f. of manufacturing space, phase II added a large distribution area, and phase III added lab space.
At the time of the project’s completion, the manufacturing facility stood as the largest in North America at more than 1.5 million s.f. seated on a 121-acre site. Additionally, the plant features some of the most energy efficient and technologically advanced manufacturing processes available. All three phases of the project achieved LEED® certification, with phases I and II certified Gold.
