Gray Construction Welcomes Timberwolff Construction, Inc. to the Gray Brand
Gray, a leading design-build firm, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Timberwolff Construction, Inc., an Upland, CA, construction firm specializing in the retail construction industry. The companies joined forces due to similar values and the growth opportunities for all parties involved.
Timberwolff, as a Gray company, will continue under the leadership of Mike Wolff and its experienced executive team from its Upland, CA, location.
“For some time, we have been looking for a way to grow our company that also benefits our team members,” said Mike Wolff, President of Timberwolff Construction, Inc. “We met with Gray, and they offered us the opportunity to keep the same people, enhance our benefits, and grow. The decision was a no-brainer!”
Timberwolff brings more than twenty-five years of retail experience and customers including Nike, H&M and Express, among others to Gray. It prides itself in having not only top construction professionals on its team, but also individuals from the retail side of the industry, both qualities that Gray believes exemplify its standards for meeting customer needs.
“We are excited about the addition of Timberwolff to our family,” said Bob Moore, President, West Region, Gray Construction. “The company brings a glowing resume of experience, but most importantly, it shares the same values that we have upheld for more than 54 years, making Timberwolff a natural fit.”
“We look forward to the many opportunities ahead as Gray continues to grow,” he added.
