Gray Construction Vice President Receives Distinguished Alumni Award in Construction Management

At a formal awards dinner, the construction management faculty at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) presented Brett Goode, vice president of Gray Construction’s South Atlantic regional office, a distinguished alumni award. This honor is given to outstanding construction management program champions for their leadership and achievements.

Goode leads the South Atlantic regional office in Charlotte, N.C., for nationally ranked design-build firm Gray Construction. Goode was selected unanimously by the EKU construction management faculty and industry advisory board for his contributions to his company, the construction industry and the EKU construction management program. The construction management faculty specifically commented on how well Goode represents the program’s goals in building quality students.

Under Goode’s leadership, Gray’s South Atlantic regional office has executed manufacturing projects for customers including Lydall, Inc., Michelin North America, Inc., and ZF Friedrichshafen AG, among others.
