Gray Construction Recognized for Putting Safety & Quality of Life First

Constructor Magazine, known as “the voice of the construction industry,” highlighted the safety program at Gray Construction in its July-August publication. In March, Gray received the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America’s highest safety award, the Best of the Best Grand Award. Constructor, a bi-monthly publication for members of the AGC, sought out to discover the depth behind Gray’s No. 1 core value: We put safety and quality of life first.

The safety values at Gray date back to CEO Stephen Gray’s grandfather. Since then, the safety program has been formalized and become a natural part of Gray’s culture. It is a continuous evolution of not only the latest OSHA guidelines, but it also integrates current technology such as iPads to emphasize continuous improvement for safety.
