Ice Cream Production

    Challenge:

     

    Our client needed to quickly double the production rate of a successful ice cream product.

     

    Action:

     

    InLine worked closely with our client’s key contacts to create a scope that included cost justification, detailed engineering including the integration of all electrical controls and a new production building, creating specifications, and bid packages.  InLine was able to introduce new vendors that helped achieve a higher degree of automation in the packaging area.

     

    InLine ended up managing the project and was on hand through start-up and acceptance. The project finished on time and on budget.
