Wherever You Are, Gray Has You Covered.
From the deep South in the U.S. to the rolling hills in Ireland, Gray is equipped to meet customer needs. James Norris Gray, our founder, visited Germany in the 1960s. This laid the framework for our business to focus on the global marketplace.
The core of this focus is our customers. We’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s top companies. These are businesses that are feeding the world, protecting our data, and producing appliances and vehicles consumers utilize every day. For Gray, it’s rewarding to play a role in making this positive difference.
Through automation & controls integration and process & packaging engineering in Ireland and customized skid systems in New Zealand, France, Italy, and across Asia, Gray’s fully integrated approach delivers.

Foreign Direct Investment
Much of our experience has been with European, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese companies that have located in the U.S. through Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). As a family-owned company, we pride ourselves in developing partnerships that achieve goals and reflect customers’ values and traditions, on U.S. soil and around the world.

Through Gray’s deep understanding of the global marketplace, trade, and regulations, our team is more than equipped and positioned to meet the highest standards of excellence for international companies. We are committed to transforming complex ideas into state-of-the-art, cost-effective projects.
