Fast-Track Production Relocation

A client had a fast track project to relocate production from a co-manufacturer back to one of their own facilities. The client needed preliminary engineering, budgeting, and eventually detailed design, construction management, and start-up oversight for this project.  The project was completed by converting a storage area into a sanitary, wash-down production room. Process and production flow was evaluated and designed and equipment, process piping, and HVAC systems were installed within a 4-month period. The new system started up on schedule and on budget, and the desired production rates were quickly obtained.
