MEP ENGINEERING SERVICES

One Team: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing

Integrated MEP engineering delivered through one experienced and accountable partner.

OVERVIEW

One Model, Three Systems

On many industrial projects, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are treated as three distinct disciplines delivered by separate partners on separate timelines, then overlaid into the same building. When coordination comes too late, ductwork, conduit, and piping compete for space. This can introduce clashes, insufficient clearances and drops, access issues, and other problems.  As a result, engineers and trade partners are left to resolve  problems on site instead of in collaborative workshops or a shared model.
Gray’s MEP engineers design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as one coordinated scope, working from a common model with architecture and structural engineering from early design to rough-in to the last punch list item. Power distribution, process utilities, plumbing, and safety systems are designed for today’s equipment and tomorrow’s expansion, and clashes are detected before construction begins, not once work has already been put in place.
