For HiTHIUM’s first project with Gray and its first manufacturing facility in the U.S., the customer chose our design-build services to retrofit an existing 485,000 s.f. energy storage cell module assembly plant on the outskirts of Dallas. The plant will produce complete battery energy storage systems (BESS) as well as battery modules and components.

 

The project scope will also include joist modification, MEPFP redesign, a new office build out, and the addition of two 4,000 kVA Transformers and three 2,500 kVA transformers—which will support the production of energy storage system products.
