Named one of Engineering News-Record’s Top Young Professionals and recognized in Building Design + Construction’s 40 Under 40 Class, Marcus Taylor is a seasoned leader, serving as Gray’s senior vice president of Business Development. With nearly two decades of experience in construction engineering and business development, Marcus leads collaborative efforts across all of Gray’s core markets. He works closely with global brands to align Gray’s custom solutions with their future visions, develop strategic sales plans, and guide high-performing teams to deliver market success.

An excellent ambassador of Gray’s core values, Marcus has been a valuable asset to the company since his start in 2006. He continues to play a key role in securing key projects for industry leaders such as Gulfstream, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, ABB, Rockwool, Owens Corning, Jushi USA, Sofidel America, and IRIS USA. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for tangible results, Marcus is dedicated to creating meaningful partnerships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

When he’s not working, Marcus enjoys golfing, fitness, cooking, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
