Swenson
Eric leads the sales teams for Gray’s Specialty Equipment businesses, including those at Anderson Dahlen and AD Process Equipment. In this role, Eric and his teams are focused on forging strong customer relationships and communicating the value of each company’s offering to drive business growth.
Eric holds a mechanical engineering undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, pairing his technical background with extensive commercial experience in sales and business development for the manufacturing market. Previously, he worked at 3M Company and built experience in healthcare consulting. Most recently before coming to Gray, Eric led a variety of sales teams at Rockwell Automation, helping manufacturers achieve their productivity goals.
Eric enjoys traveling with his wife, running, and sharing meals with family and friends in his free time.
