“We’re honored to partner with our friends at Otsuka once again,” said Stephen Gray, president and CEO of Gray.
Located on a 35-acre site at Georgia’s first eco-friendly park in Griffin, the 50,707 s.f. facility that manufacturers Terracess, a friction modifier used in the manufacturing of brake pads, was originally designed and built in 2014 and boasts an annual production capacity of 2,000 metric tons.
The new 40,690 s.f. expansion will provide additional warehouse space, offices, and a conference room. The expansion is set to be complete in the spring of 2020.
