Gray Working toward Carbon Neutral Distillery Project
Gray, a fully integrated service provider specializing in engineering, design, and construction, is proud to be making history with Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol. The companies partnered on the bourbon distillery and dried distillers grain facility that features an automated distillery process including a granary, fermentation, distillation, and barrel filling in Lebanon, KY. Through the Gray family of brands, complete turnkey solutions have been integrated into this project.

Diageo recently announced the new 10M proof gallon distillery will be carbon neutral when it begins production in the first half of 2021. Taking its sustainability objectives to an even higher level of commitment, no fossil fuels will be consumed for the bourbon production.
