Gray Construction Wins Two National Marketing Awards

Gray Construction announced today that the Company received two national marketing awards presented by The Society for Marketing Professional Services at their annual conference in Chicago, Ill.  Gray received first place for its 50th Anniversary Book, “Building on a Legacy,” produced in 2010 and second place in the external newsletter category for the firm’s 2010 series of The GrayWay newsletter.

“We’re thrilled with the prestigious awards we received from SMPS,” said Jill Wilson, Gray’s Vice President, Communications & Marketing. “This is a real tribute to the Company’s founding family, to the vision of our CEO Stephen Gray, and to Gray’s entire marketing team.”

“What a Pulitzer is to the newspaper world, these awards are to the world of marketing in the design and construction industry, a big deal for us, and we’re properly happy,” said Stephen Gray, the Company’s president and chief executive officer.

In its 34th year, the SMPS Awards Gala recognizes leaders in the architecture, engineering and construction industry who have exhibited outstanding performance in their marketing and communication efforts.
