Over the past few months, there have been quite a number of changes at Spec Engineering, a Gray company, and we appreciate your continued business and partnership. In July, Spec entered into a organizational restructuring with Anderson Dahlen Inc. that included the formation of a new entity: AD Process Equipment. We are already impressed with the collaboration!
As of December 5, 2022, Spec Engineering will be merging with AD Process Equipment as we continue to grow the manufacturing division of Gray. AD Process Equipment will continue to have a close relationship with Anderson Dahlen, including common management.
