Nikhil brings a thoughtful blend of strategic thinking, innovation, and operational focus to his work, shaped by years of experience leading change at global organizations. Before joining Gray, he held key roles at companies such as Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc., where he helped shape corporate strategy, drive change, and enhance business performance.

He holds a Master’s in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business—an effective mix of technical expertise and business insight.

At Gray, Nikhil currently leads Gray’s Specialty Equipment segment toward continued success. Additionally, Nikhil serves as Vice President of Strategic Development, where he plays a central role in aligning cross-functional teams and supporting long-term growth.

Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys hiking, spending time with his dog Zuko, and tackling puzzles—whether on paper or in the workplace.
