New Employee Spotlight: Diana Iracheta

We’re excited to welcome Diana Iracheta to the AD Process Equipment team as our newest Sales Engineer II! Diana was born in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to Illinois as a pre-teen. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northern Illinois University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Diana also brings hands-on technical expertise, including a FANUC robot programming certification and prior experience as a manufacturing and design engineer in both the automotive and construction industries.

After spending 2024 traveling and reconnecting with family in Mexico, Diana decided to settle back in the Aurora-Naperville area to be closer to home. She discovered AD Process Equipment through LinkedIn and was immediately drawn to the opportunity. “When I learned more about the role, I was very intrigued. I also felt a strong fit during the interview process and meeting the team—everyone was welcoming, and that made the opportunity even more exciting,” Diana shared.

As a Sales Engineer, Diana will support the development of estimates for ADPE. She’ll apply her technical background to understand customer needs, evaluate project requirements, and help assemble detailed proposals. “I’m looking forward to making connections and exploring a different take on engineering,” she said.

Diana enjoys taking walks with her 8-month-old Cavalier, spending time with her younger brother (especially playing Nintendo or coloring together), and giving back to the community. She volunteers as both a speaker and a board member with a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Latinas in Engineering.

When asked for her favorite local spots, Diana said, “My favorite breakfast is chicken and waffles from Syrup in Aurora. And if you’re ever visiting my hometown of Monterrey, Mexico, I would send them for some tacos at Tacos El Buey!”
