Jongin Paik helps Korean manufacturers establish and expand their operations in the United States. As a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, he connects customers with Gray’s integrated team, fostering clear communication, strong collaboration, and a seamless project experience from planning through execution.

Since joining Gray in 2021, Jongin has combined his technical background with a customer-focused approach to support clients as they navigate the U.S. market. Previously an MEP Project Manager, he led electrical, instrumentation, and controls (EI&C) efforts on major industrial projects including an award-winning facility for Hill’s Pet Nutrition. His project experience provides valuable insight into the planning and execution of complex manufacturing facilities.

Jongin is passionate about building long-term relationships and helping customers confidently achieve their business goals. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, hiking with his family, and reading history.
