COMMISSIONING, QUALIFICATION & VALIDATION (CQV)

Get Operations Right the First Time

IQ, OQ, and PQ validation and commissioning for automated and process equipment.

OVERVIEW

Proof Before Production

New automation and process equipment can pass a factory acceptance test and fail once it’s running against real production, real batches, and a regulator’s expectations. Without a CQV plan for normal operating conditions, failure modes are likely to surface only after startup, when they cost the most to fix.
Gray’s team plans and executes IQ/OQ/PQ alongside commissioning, verifying operating parameters and critical process parameters through our custom Testing Cycle (T-Cycle) criteria process. Validation documentation supports your quality unit, on paper or digital platforms. Working from the same team that designed and integrated the automation, Gray plans CQV into the schedule from the start, not added after equipment arrives.
