A Modern Solution to Water Treatment.

Gray Ohio Valley provided a wide range of engineering, design, and construction services for the 18-month project, which features a 60,000 s.f. manufacturing space, a 14,000 s.f. office, and a 24,000 s.f. warehouse. Extensive HVAC ensures proper ventilation for every phase of production and storage, while the electrical service allows for future process and facility expansion. Two overhead cranes as well as a 90-ton and 45-ton crane support the manufacturing process.

Following the successful completion of the initial project, the customer again trusted Gray to design and build a facility expansion to increase production capacity at the plant. The 13-month expansion project more than doubled the size of the manufacturing operation and added two 5,500 s.f. mechanical rooms and two new silo foundations to the facility.
