USPS St. Paul Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC) selected Gray to design and build an expansion to its existing bulk mail center. This facility serves Minnesota, North Dakota, and parts of Michigan and Wisconsin.
USPS and Gray have worked together on more than 20 projects dating back to 2000. USPS selected Gray to manage construction for this 77,809 s.f. addition to the mail distribution center.
The United States Postal Service selected Gray for its new processing, distribution center, and vehicle maintenance facility. This facility includes state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, building surveillance, building security, and bulk mail handling systems. In addition, a fleet of road trucks is operated and maintained on-site using the maintenance building and associated equipment.
