The United States Postal Service selected Gray for its new processing, distribution center, and vehicle maintenance facility. This facility includes state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, building surveillance, building security, and bulk mail handling systems. In addition, a fleet of road trucks is operated and maintained on-site using the maintenance building and associated equipment.

USPS St. Paul Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC) selected Gray to design and build an expansion to its existing bulk mail center. This facility serves Minnesota, North Dakota, and parts of Michigan and Wisconsin.
