USPS and Gray have worked together on more than 20 projects dating back to 2000. USPS selected Gray to design and build a 160,000 s.f. expansion of the Postal Service’s Denver processing and distribution center.

The United States Postal Service selected Gray for its new processing, distribution center, and vehicle maintenance facility. This facility includes state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, building surveillance, building security, and bulk mail handling systems. In addition, a fleet of road trucks is operated and maintained on-site using the maintenance building and associated equipment.
USPS and Gray have worked together on more than 20 projects dating back to 2000.USPS selected Gray to construct this design-build project with a total area of 885,055 s.f. The facility is used for mail processing and distribution at the Oklahoma processing and distribution center (P&DC).
