For Nathan Trotter’s first project with the company, the customer selected Gray to design and build a 109,474 s.f. metal manufacturing facility. The scope includes concrete foundations, masonry, structural steel, along with integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Key infrastructure features include two bridge crane runways—one with a single 10-metric-ton crane and another sharing a 10-metric-ton crane and a 20-metric-ton crane—plus overhead crane installations, sitework, and paving to support heavy-duty operations and high-capacity production.
