Isuzu selected Gray to renovate an existing 1M s.f. speculative building in Piedmont, SC. The building will be converted to a truck assembly facility for gas, electric, and diesel-powered vehicles.

 

Notable building installations include the addition of a two-story office inside the existing building and cutting in openings into exterior facade. The project will also include 130,000 cubic yards of excavated on-site soil, which will be
placed as structural fill for the motor pool site.
